Student Reporting Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Student Reporting Specialist will design, build, and maintain various Workday Student reports while providing functional reporting support across multiple student services areas.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain advanced, matrix, composite, search reports, worksheets, dashboards, and discovery boards in Workday Student
• Modify existing reports to align with changing institutional needs and optimize report performance
• Support student functional reporting for admissions, academic advising, enrollment, and other student services

Required qualifications

• Experience with Workday Student reporting and analytics
• Strong understanding of student services processes, including admissions and financial aid
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and set reasonable client expectations
• Proficiency in report development and maintenance techniques
• Experience in optimizing report performance and usability
