Job Summary

Responsible for coordinating the intake and resolution of student complaints, the full-time remote Student Resolution Specialist will serve as the main point of contact for student issues, collaborating with various departments to ensure timely and effective solutions while analyzing data to recommend policy changes.

Key responsibilities
  • Collaborates with internal departments to address and de-escalate student complaints and concerns
  • Ensures impartial investigation and resolution of complaints within established time frames
  • Reviews and develops dispute resolution practices and assists in maintaining the dispute resolution system
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a relevant field
  • Ability to resolve problems and make independent decisions regarding escalations
  • Outstanding communication skills and emotional intelligence
  • Experience in analyzing data to inform policy and procedural changes
