Job Summary
To support a growing mission-driven team, the Student Safety Analyst will analyze and escalate urgent alerts related to student well-being in a fully remote capacity.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze written and image-based content to identify safety risks and escalate urgent alerts
- Monitor digital safety and content moderation related to K-12 student behavior and wellness issues
- Utilize AI-generated alerts and follow escalation protocols effectively in urgent situations
Required qualifications:
- Experience in content moderation, digital safety, or alert monitoring
- Familiarity with K-12 student behavior, wellness issues, and sensitive topics
- Strong judgment and ability to respond quickly and accurately in urgent situations
- Preferred backgrounds in education, social work, law enforcement, psychology, or EdTech support
- Comfort with digital tools and remote collaboration
