Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the remote Student Services Associate will engage with prospective students through various communication channels, guiding them through the enrollment process and evaluating their qualifications.

Key responsibilities
  • Engage with prospective students via phone, email, and text to qualify inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application progress using CRM software
  • Collaborate with team members to meet enrollment benchmarks and ensure high-quality service
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or higher education preferred
  • Bilingual skills preferred (English/Spanish)
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems and proficiency in Google Workspace
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the role
