Job Summary

A company is looking for a Student Services Representative I.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general information and handle requests from students enrolled in online courses
• Manage incoming service-related inquiries via phone and electronic communication
• Follow up on service-related requests and assist with special projects as needed

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent 2 years of college experience required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Customer service experience required
• Experience working in a call center environment preferred
• Proficiency in PC skills, including Excel and Word
