Job Summary
Providing immediate assistance to prospective and current students, the remote Student Services Specialist will manage inbound inquiries, guide students through the enrollment process, and ensure a seamless experience while maintaining accurate records.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the initial contact for prospective students, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Guide students through application and enrollment processes while ensuring timely submission of required documents
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall student experience and identify opportunities for process improvements
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; bilingual skills preferred (English/Spanish)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in higher education admissions, recruitment, or customer service
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and Google Workspace
- Previous experience in a contact center or customer support environment preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
