Job Summary
To support spiritual and leadership development, the part-time Student Staff will engage in ministry functions, lead teams, and foster relationships within the Young Life community while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personal growth plans and actively participate in the spiritual life of the Young Life community
- Recruit, train, and support volunteer leaders while modeling excellence in ministry activities
- Raise financial support and maintain donor relationships, assisting with fundraising efforts as needed
Required qualifications:
- Pursuing a college degree
- Proven relational skills with both kids and adults
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
