Job Summary
To support spiritual and leadership development, the part-time Student Staff will engage in ministry functions, resource development, and direct ministry activities while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a personal growth plan and actively participate in the spiritual life of the Young Life community
- Recruit, train, and supervise volunteer leaders while modeling excellence in ministry activities
- Raise financial support and maintain donor relations while assisting with camp fundraisers and events
Required qualifications
- Pursuing a college degree
- Proven relational skills with both kids and adults
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
