To support spiritual and leadership development within the Young Life community, the part-time Student Staff Ministry Role will engage in ministry functions, lead teams, and assist with resource development while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a personal growth plan that enhances spiritual life and fosters community relationships
- Recruit, train, and supervise volunteer leaders while modeling excellence in ministry activities
- Raise financial support and maintain donor relationships while participating in fundraising events

- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
