Student Staff Position
Job Summary
To support spiritual and leadership development, the part-time remote Suffolk County Student Staff position will engage in ministry functions, lead teams, and assist in resource development while fostering relationships within the Young Life community.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a personal growth plan while actively participating in the spiritual life of the Young Life community
- Recruit, train, and supervise volunteer leaders, modeling excellence in ministry activities
- Raise financial support and maintain communication with donor partners, assisting with fundraising events as needed
Required qualifications
- Pursuing a college degree
- Proven relational skills with both kids and adults
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
