Job Summary
To support spiritual and leadership development, the part-time Student Staff Position will engage in ministry functions, resource development, and direct ministry activities while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a personal growth plan to foster spiritual life and actively participate in the Young Life community
- Recruit, train, and support volunteer leaders while modeling excellence in ministry activities
- Raise financial support and maintain donor relationships, assisting with fundraising events as needed
Required qualifications
- Pursuing a college degree
- Proven relational skills with both kids and adults
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
