Job Summary

A company is looking for a Student Success Advisor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support enrolled students and parents through outstanding customer service via phone, chat, and email
  • Deliver effective student communications and serve as a liaison between students and team members
  • Provide basic technical support and undertake daily administrative tasks

Qualifications:
  • At least one year of professional experience in customer service
  • Enthusiastic, confident, and optimistic demeanor with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage time and work remotely
  • Modern tech fluency, including MS Office suite and experience with CRM tools
  • Experience in test preparation, academic support, or admissions is a plus
