A company is looking for a Student Success Advisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary guide to ensure students stay on track to meet their educational goals
• Connect with new students to ensure overall readiness and escalate outstanding matters affecting their start
• Provide comprehensive outreach to students at risk of not meeting academic progress

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree Required
• 3+ years experience in a service-oriented environment or university setting
• Strong commitment to education and counseling/coaching skills
• Ability to successfully resolve student issues
• Familiarity with online learning and Internet technology a plus
