Job Summary

A company is looking for a Student Success Advisor to provide proactive academic advising and coaching for online students.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide academic advising and coaching to students from matriculation through graduation
• Assist students in developing academic plans and support timely course registration
• Monitor academic progress and intervene with targeted support to address barriers

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in higher education or a related field, or an unrelated field with relevant experience
• Understanding of advising core values and legal guidelines
• Knowledge of the needs and experiences of diverse student populations
• Information technology skills for advising in an online environment
• Ability to work remotely and adapt to time zone differences
