Job Summary

A company is looking for a Student Success Advisor (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize an engagement plan with various contact strategies to support students
• Act as the personal coach for students, ensuring they understand the program and process to completion
• Maintain high levels of student satisfaction and meet assigned performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associate degree or equivalent experience
• At least one year of experience in a student-focused role
• Ability to understand the needs of adult learners
• Genuine interest in helping students achieve their goals
• Must be results and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently
