Job Summary

A company is looking for a Student Success Advisor (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide coaching support to students to help them complete their program of study
• Utilize various contact strategies to engage with students and maintain high levels of satisfaction
• Document and troubleshoot at-risk issues while ensuring timely responses to student requests

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• At least one year of experience in a student-focused role
• Ability to understand the needs and challenges faced by adult learners
• Genuine interest and commitment to helping students achieve their goals
• Must be results and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently
