Job Summary

A company is looking for a Student Success Advisor for First Year Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with new students to enhance their engagement and retention
• Communicate effectively with students through various channels and advocate for their needs across departments
• Analyze student data to improve the student experience and provide guidance on academic progress and course selection

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Engaging phone presence and excellent email communication skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong interest in a fast-paced, multitasking environment dedicated to student success
• Ability to quickly learn and use various technologies, including Blackboard and Microsoft Office Products
