Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with students to ensure engagement and support throughout their academic journey
• Communicate effectively with assigned students to keep them informed and engaged, responding promptly to inquiries
• Analyze student data to identify barriers to success and develop solutions to improve retention and the overall student experience

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Engaging phone presence and excellent email communication skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong interest in a fast-paced environment requiring multi-tasking
• Ability to quickly learn and use various technologies, including Blackboard and Microsoft Office
