Student Success Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Student Success Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for students, providing guidance in Dual Credit, Online Dual Enrollment, and A.A. degree programs
• Advise students on academic requirements and course selection to ensure program completion
• Monitor student performance, identify barriers, and connect students with academic support resources

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required; master's degree in Student Development, Education, or related field is preferred
• Two to three years of experience in Christian higher education is preferred
• Passion for helping students succeed and thrive in their educational journey
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with shared database systems
