Job Summary

Supporting student achievement in a remote full-time capacity, the Student Success Advisor will guide students through their educational journey, ensuring they meet degree requirements and stay connected to the online community, with evening hours and occasional weekend shifts required.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary guide to help students stay on track to meet their educational goals
• Connect with new students to ensure readiness and address any outstanding matters affecting their start
• Monitor at-risk students and develop strategies to enhance academic success

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 3 years of experience in a service-oriented environment or university setting
• Strong commitment to education with counseling or coaching skills
• Ability to effectively resolve student issues and manage multiple databases
• Familiarity with online learning and Internet technology is a plus
