Student Success Advisor

Job Summary

To support student achievement, the full-time Student Success Advisor will facilitate proactive strategies, manage student expectations, and provide guidance on academic matters in a remote setting with evening hours.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary guide to ensure students stay on track to meet their educational goals
• Connect with new students upon admission to ensure readiness and address any outstanding matters
• Monitor at-risk students and implement strategies to improve their academic success

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 3 years of experience in a service-oriented environment or university setting
• Strong commitment to education with counseling or coaching skills
• Ability to effectively resolve student issues and work with multiple databases
• Familiarity with online learning and Internet technology is a plus
