Student Success Advisor

Job Summary

Managing student success remotely, the full-time Student Success Advisor will facilitate proactive strategies to help students achieve their educational goals, provide guidance on university policies, and connect with new students to ensure readiness for their academic journey.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary guide to ensure students stay on track with their educational goals
• Assist students in understanding degree requirements and appropriate course registration
• Provide outreach to at-risk students and collaborate with university staff to address inquiries effectively

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 3 years of experience in a service-oriented environment or university setting
• Strong commitment to education with counseling or coaching skills
• Ability to effectively resolve student issues and manage multiple databases
• Familiarity with online learning and Internet technology is a plus
