Job Summary

As a full-time Student Success Advisor, the candidate will provide coaching and support to students navigating their academic journey, focusing on course planning, relationship-building, and proactive outreach, with options for remote work for highly qualified individuals.

Key responsibilities

• Guide students in course planning, study strategies, and academic success skills while providing proactive outreach and individualized support
• Foster meaningful relationships and create positive student experiences through engagement initiatives and celebration of milestones
• Collaborate with faculty and support teams to advocate for students' needs and document interactions accurately within university systems

Required qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Two to three years of experience in advising, student services, coaching, or a related field
• Higher education experience strongly preferred
• Confidence using technology and student information systems
• Commitment to student success and service excellence
