Job Summary

Proactively building supportive relationships with students, the full-time Student Success Advisor Career & Programmatic will guide online and regional site students from enrollment to graduation, focusing on engagement, retention, and overcoming barriers to academic success while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with assigned students to enhance their engagement and commitment
• Communicate effectively with students through various channels, ensuring they are informed and supported throughout their academic journey
• Analyze student data to identify barriers to success and implement solutions to improve retention and student experience

Required qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Engaging and dynamic phone presence with excellent email communication skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interest in supporting adult students and dedicated to their success
• Ability to use and quickly learn various technologies, including Blackboard and CRM systems
