Job Summary
Committed to fostering student success, the full-time Student Success Advisor will guide students through their academic journey by providing coaching, proactive outreach, and personalized support, all while working remotely or from the Draper, UT campus.
Key responsibilities
- Guide students with course planning, scheduling, and academic success strategies
- Foster meaningful relationships and provide individualized support to enhance student engagement and retention
- Collaborate with faculty and support teams to address student needs and advocate for student success
Required qualifications
- Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Two to three years of experience in advising, student services, or a related field
- Higher education experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency in using technology and student information systems
- Commitment to student success and service excellence
