Job Summary

A company is looking for a Student Success Assistant (Work-Study/Student Group C) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one mentorship and academic tutoring to first-time college students
• Assist with Honor Society drives and support student engagement initiatives
• Engage in professional development and maintain communication records with students

Required Qualifications

• Eligible for Federal Work Study funding
• Enrolled in a degree-seeking program
• Meeting Satisfactory Academic Progress with no holds on the student account
• Completed first-year courses with a minimum grade of B
• Available to work 19 hours per week, including some evenings
