A company is looking for a Student Success Coach who will proactively recruit prospective students for online degree programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit prospective online students through a relationship-building sales process
• Assist students in identifying potential obstacles and discussing solutions to enhance their confidence and persistence
• Manage all prospective student communications and navigate university systems to support student enrollment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience or equivalent
• Experience advising in an online environment is preferred
• Knowledge of online learning environments
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities
• Proficient in using a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) for recruitment workflows
