Job Summary

A company is looking for a Student Success Coach I to support and guide students in their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload to support student persistence and completion
• Conduct academic coaching and assist students in developing success plans
• Monitor student progress through regular check-ins and provide personalized assistance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• One year or more experience in Student Services or Student Support required
• One year of higher education experience preferred
• Ability to assess student needs and connect them with appropriate resources
• Proficient in or able to quickly learn computer systems and digital communication tools
