Key Responsibilities

• Provide student support throughout the student life cycle from enrollment through graduation
• Offer technical support related to various platforms and assist with onboarding activities for students
• Maintain proactive contact with students to support their success and manage at-risk students

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree is required
• Customer service experience is required
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with high accuracy
• Knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to develop professional rapport with students
