Job Summary

Supporting learners throughout their journey, the part-time contractor Student Success Coach will provide personalized coaching, assist with enrollment and onboarding, and promote engagement and persistence in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized coaching support to learners via various communication methods
• Support enrollment and onboarding processes, guiding learners through registration and activation
• Encourage learner persistence and engagement through proactive outreach and follow-up

Required qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish; French proficiency is strongly preferred
• 2+ years of experience in coaching, learner support, or related fields
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort engaging with diverse cultural and professional backgrounds
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups simultaneously
