Student Success Coach

Job Summary

Guiding and motivating learners through live video sessions, the full-time Student Success Coach will provide personalized support, helping students build habits, set goals, and overcome obstacles while focusing on their progress, retention, and graduation rates in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-touch, live video coaching sessions, personalizing each interaction to the learner's goals and challenges
• Document coaching interactions and learner progress in CRM systems to maintain continuity and inform future sessions
• Drive accountability and motivation through reflective coaching, thoughtful questioning, and goal-setting

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in coaching, student success, or related learner-facing roles
• Strong passion for live, interactive coaching with the ability to engage learners across multiple sessions per week
• Understanding of adult learning principles; teaching or counseling experience is a plus
• Ability to manage a high-volume coaching schedule while delivering quality, individualized support
• Availability from 9 am to 5 pm PST
