Student Success Coach

Job Summary

Proactively recruiting prospective online students, the full-time Student Success Coach will manage inbound communications, assist students in overcoming obstacles, and guide them through university processes while providing real-time support remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Execute a relationship-building sales process to recruit prospective online students
• Provide timely and accurate customer service through various communication channels while following prescribed communication plans
• Utilize a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to nurture leads and document recruitment activities effectively

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience or equivalent
• Experience supporting or recruiting online learners (preferred)
• Familiarity with student information systems (SIS) or CRM software like PeopleSoft or Slate (preferred)
• Ability to navigate complex university systems and policies
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
