Job Summary

Providing comprehensive support to students, the full-time Student Success Coach will guide an average of 120-150 students through their academic journey remotely, ensuring they meet program expectations and progress toward graduation.

Key responsibilities

• Providing direct program guidance and support for students from enrollment to graduation
• Monitoring academic progress and maintaining regular communication with students to address challenges
• Collaborating with faculty to ensure timely responses to student inquiries and support academic integrity

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2-3 years of experience in a service-oriented or educational setting
• Strong commitment to education with effective counseling or coaching skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with integrated technology systems
• Ability to connect with and support students from diverse backgrounds
