Student Success Coach

Job Summary

Supporting students' academic journeys, the full-time remote Student Success Coach will provide guidance and mentorship to an average of 120-150 students, ensuring they navigate their educational paths effectively and engage with faculty as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive program guidance and support to assigned students from enrollment to graduation
• Monitoring academic progress and maintaining regular communication to address any challenges students may face
• Collaborating with faculty to coordinate student inquiries and ensure timely academic support

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a service-oriented environment, preferably in a teaching or university setting
• Strong commitment to education with effective counseling or coaching skills
• Experience with integrated technology systems and tools, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to connect and build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds
