Job Summary

Providing comprehensive academic support, the full-time remote Student Success Coach will guide an average of 120-150 students through their educational journey, assisting with program navigation, academic progress, and engagement with faculty, while maintaining flexible hours to accommodate student needs.

Key responsibilities

• Providing direct guidance and support to students from enrollment to graduation
• Monitoring academic progress and facilitating communication between students and faculty
• Advising students on time management, learning resources, and career planning

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2-3 years of experience in a service-oriented environment, preferably in education
• Strong commitment to education with effective counseling or coaching skills
• Ability to work with multiple databases and student platforms
• Familiarity with online learning and technology systems is a plus
