Job Summary

Empowering students on their educational journey, the full-time remote Student Success Coach will manage a portfolio of students from enrollment to graduation, providing guidance, resources, and support through various communication channels to ensure academic success.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and coach assigned students, creating academic plans and providing proactive outreach
• Assist students with registration, degree planning, and administrative processes while connecting them to appropriate resources
• Document and track student interactions and progress, maintaining high-quality customer service standards

Required qualifications:

• An earned bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• One year of relevant work experience in a high-volume customer service environment
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
