Student Success Coach

Job Summary

Providing comprehensive student support throughout the educational journey, the remote Student Success Coach will focus on retention and outreach for assigned students while collaborating with various departments to address inquiries and provide technical assistance from enrollment to graduation.

Key responsibilities

• Offer student support throughout the entire student life cycle, from enrollment to graduation
• Provide technical assistance related to the MyACE Portal, Canvas, ACE email, and mobile app
• Maintain proactive communication with students to assist them with strategies for success and manage at-risk students

Required qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree is required
• Customer service experience is essential
• Excellent presentation skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to develop professional rapport with students and multi-task effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office applications: Word, Excel, and Outlook
