Student Success Coach

Job Summary

Empowering students throughout their academic journey, the full-time remote Student Success Coach will manage a portfolio of students from enrollment to graduation, providing personalized guidance and resources while engaging in multi-channel communication.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and coach assigned students through proactive outreach and support
• Guide students in interpreting academic requirements and creating term-specific academic plans
• Document and track all student interactions and progression using a Customer Relations Management system

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• One year of relevant work experience in customer service with high inbound/outbound phone volume
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong time management and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
