Job Summary

A company is looking for a Student Success Coordinator to ensure the academic success and graduation of students.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain trusted relationships with students
• Provide ongoing guidance to at-risk students facing academic or personal challenges
• Track student persistence and document interactions while ensuring policy compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2-3 years of related experience in academic advising, coaching, or counseling preferred
• Equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training may be considered
