Job Summary

A company is looking for a Student Success Coordinator to ensure the success of students in achieving their educational and employment goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain trusted relationships with students
• Provide ongoing guidance to students at risk of dropping out due to academic or personal issues
• Track student persistence and document interactions while ensuring compliance with policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2-3 years of related experience in academic advising, coaching, or counseling preferred
• Equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training may be considered
