Job Summary

Student Success Coordinator, a full-time remote position responsible for ensuring student success by building relationships, providing guidance to at-risk students, and tracking their progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain trusted relationships with students
• Provide ongoing guidance and intervention for students at risk of dropping out
• Document student interactions and track persistence and progression

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2-3 years of related experience in academic advising, coaching, or counseling preferred
• Equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training may be considered
