Student Success Coordinator

Job Summary

Managing a high-volume caseload of students, the full-time Student Success Outreach Coordinator will proactively engage with learners through various communication channels to convert trial-period students into confirmed enrollments and drive sustained engagement throughout their educational programs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized support to a high volume of students, ensuring they remain on track to complete their programs
• Execute outreach to over 250 students weekly, making informed decisions on follow-ups to meet enrollment and retention targets
• Utilize CRM tools to monitor and report on student progress, identifying those requiring additional support

Required qualifications

• 1-2+ years of experience in sales, business development, customer success, or learner engagement, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment
• Proven ability to provide high-quality support to a large number of learners
• Experience in crafting outbound communications and optimizing engagement strategies
• Strong work ethic with a drive to meet and exceed target learner outcomes
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Planhat and Zendesk is a plus
