Job Summary

To support a diverse cohort of students, the full-time Student Success Manager will recruit, enroll, and guide individuals through undergraduate and graduate programs remotely, providing personalized advising and onboarding assistance from initial contact to graduation.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in recruitment efforts to attract and enroll qualified students through various outreach methods
• Advise students on career and program interests, ensuring alignment with their academic and professional goals
• Manage onboarding for enrolled students, providing financial guidance and support throughout their educational journey

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Psychology, or Communications
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in counseling/advising or customer service
• Strong proficiency in technology for student management and engagement
• Familiarity with student information systems and CRM tools
• In-depth knowledge of online education platforms and academic policies
