Student Success Manager
Job Summary
Recruiting and guiding a diverse cohort of students through undergraduate and graduate programs, the full-time Student Success Manager will provide comprehensive support from enrollment to graduation while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Engage in recruiting efforts and conduct outreach activities to attract and enroll qualified students
- Advise students on career and program interests, assisting them through the enrollment process
- Manage onboarding for enrolled students, providing financial guidance and personalized support throughout their academic journey
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Psychology, or Communications
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in counseling/advising or customer service
