Job Summary

To support a diverse cohort of students, the full-time remote Student Success Manager - Nursing will recruit, enroll, and guide undergraduate and graduate students through their academic journey, providing personalized support and financial guidance from enrollment to graduation.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in recruiting efforts to attract and enroll qualified students through various outreach activities
• Advise students on career and program interests, ensuring alignment with their academic goals
• Manage onboarding for enrolled students, offering financial guidance and support throughout their educational experience

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Psychology, or Communications
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in counseling/advising or customer service
• Strong proficiency in utilizing technology for student management and engagement
• Familiarity with student information systems and CRM tools
• In-depth knowledge of online education platforms and career planning tools
