Job Summary

A company is looking for a Student Success and Engagement Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive student success system focused on executive functioning and engagement
• Oversee tiered intervention systems and ensure effective progress monitoring
• Develop and maintain systems that enhance core executive functioning skills for students

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, School Counseling, Educational Leadership, Psychology, Student Development, or Social Work
• Experience in online or blended learning environments
• Familiarity with MTSS / RTI frameworks
• Knowledge of data-driven student support systems
• Experience in academic coaching and intervention design
