Key Responsibilities

• Ensure coaches build strong relationships with students and meet performance goals
• Lead team meetings to identify retention strategies and track performance using data
• Support coaches in addressing challenges and monitor daily activities for effective engagement

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in customer service, education, or coaching/mentoring programs
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing and developing teams
• Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to guide decisions
• Passion for coaching and helping others succeed
• Prior teaching experience is a plus
