Job Summary
A company is looking for a Student Support Advisor to provide essential support to students throughout their educational journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with new student enrollment by providing information on programs, costs, and funding options
- Monitor student accounts and evaluate academic and financial awards to promote positive outcomes
- Identify and address potential academic and financial obstacles by analyzing student data
Required Qualifications
- Some college coursework required
- Minimum of 1-year of customer service or advising experience in an educational setting
- Eligibility to access the NSLDS system and not in default of Title IV Federal aid
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and database software systems
- Ability to maintain a distraction-free work environment with required internet connectivity
