Job Summary

A company is looking for a Student Support Advisor to provide essential support to students throughout their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with new student enrollment by providing information on programs, costs, and funding options
  • Monitor student accounts and evaluate academic and financial awards to promote positive outcomes
  • Identify and address potential academic and financial obstacles by analyzing student data
Required Qualifications
  • Some college coursework required
  • Minimum of 1-year of customer service or advising experience in an educational setting
  • Eligibility to access the NSLDS system and not in default of Title IV Federal aid
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and database software systems
  • Ability to maintain a distraction-free work environment with required internet connectivity
