Job Summary

A company is looking for a Student Support Advisor I.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive support to students throughout their educational journey, including financial, academic, and service-related matters
  • Advocate for students and connect them with resources and support services
  • Track enrollment, persistence, and graduation information using data and systems
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 1-year exceptional customer service or prior advising experience in an education setting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and internet applications
  • Eligible to access and maintain the NSLDS system and not in default of Title IV Federal aid
  • Home office equipped with DSL or Cable Internet
