Job Summary

A company is looking for a Student Support Coach to promote academic, personal, and professional growth for students in the Associate Degree in Nursing Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the unique needs of students through individual and group meetings
• Engage with faculty to provide learning strategies and create supportive programming
• Monitor student progress and maintain academic plans using recordkeeping systems

Required Qualifications

• MA/MS degree in education, counseling, psychology, or a related field preferred
• Experience working with adult learners is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a diverse academic environment
• Strong technology skills, including proficiency in MS Office and experience with academic support software
• Demonstrated ability to develop academic support programs in a technology-enhanced environment
